Processing & Delivery:

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Standard delivery usually takes 3–7 business days, depending on the destination. Please note that weekends and holidays are not considered business days.

All orders under $85  will have a flat shipping rate of $7.99 anywhere within the United States (excluding Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico).

Free Shipping:

• Free standard shipping is available on orders over $85 or more(before tax and discounts).

• Free shipping applies anywhere within the United States (excluding Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico).

🔄 Return & Exchange Policy

At Valentina with Love, your satisfaction is very important to us.

• Returns are only accepted if a product arrives damaged or defective.

• For example, a dried liquid eyeliner.

• You must notify us within 3 days of receiving your order by sending an email to valentinawithlove@hotmail.com with your order number, details, and a photo of the damaged item.

• Once approved, we will send you a replacement at no extra cost.

• Returns or exchanges for reasons such as change of mind, incorrect color, or personal preference are not accepted.

💳 Store Credit

If a return is approved (damaged/defective product), customers will receive:

• A replacement item (preferred), or

• Store credit equal to the product’s value, which can be applied toward a future purchase.

⚠️ Damaged in Transit

Please note that we are not responsible for damages caused by shipping carriers (USPS, UPS, etc.).

We pack every order with care, but once it leaves our store, the carrier is responsible for handling and delivery. If your order is damaged during transit, please file a claim directly with the carrier.
