At Valentina With Love, we want you to love every purchase.

Returns & Exchanges:
We accept returns or exchanges within 7 days of receiving your order on eligible items only.

To be eligible:
• Items must be unused and in original condition  
• Must include original packaging  

Non-returnable items:
• Earrings and jewelry (for hygiene reasons – all jewelry sales are final)  
• Sale items  

Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.
